Order Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
As orders are processed and prepared shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, quantities, colors, sizes, and shipping information before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Important Requirement
To process any claim for damaged, defective, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:

Be recorded from the moment the sealed package is shown.

Clearly display the shipping label and package condition.

Show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.

Clearly show the damaged, defective, or missing item(s).
Claims Will Not Be Accepted If:

No unboxing video is provided.

The video is edited, paused, or incomplete.

The claim is submitted after 48 hours of delivery.

The issue cannot be verified from the submitted evidence.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:

The product received is damaged during transit and verified by our team.

The wrong product was delivered by us.

The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
Where applicable and subject to stock availability, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
The decision to provide a replacement or refund will be made solely at the discretion of Graphite Beadscape after reviewing the submitted evidence.
Non-Refundable Situations
